Planning

Master Planning / Feasibility Study

An iterative process to identify recommendations for the alignment of the physical learning environments to the educational initiatives. We use qualitative and quantitative data to optimize your facilities to your institutional goals and educational program. The ultimate plan focuses on achieving long-term goals while providing a clear plan for specific initial and sequential strategies to achieve them through facility reorganization, renovation, and/or replacement. 

Design Guidelines

A tool or “roadmap” that identifies an institution’s educational philosophy, programs, and goals, and translates them into facility design guidelines and standards for both new and existing facilities, including layout, operational, technology, furniture, and instructional functions.

21st Century Learning

Gone are the days of a “one-size-fits-all” approach to learning. Individualized, student-centered models promote student advocacy and choice in how, when, and where learning takes place. Encouraging this approach to education is something that can be influenced by the environment in which learning occurs. We have specific experience with various educational delivery models such as STEAM, Hybrid Learning, Personalized Learning Opportunities, and Career & Technical Education, and understand the specific programming, pedagogical approach, and spatial impacts of each. With our Accredited Learning Environments Planner (ALEP), we ensure that the future of your educational delivery is integrated into your planning efforts.
